Meet your sponsor

Have you recently joined Avril? We have set up a sponsorship program to welcome you as warmly as possible. As soon as you arrive, Avril will put you in touch with a sponsor. This experienced employee volunteer will be happy to share their knowledge of the company with you. They will act as your guide during your first few weeks with the Group so that you can get to grips with the company and start to build relationships with your new colleagues.
Visiting the company, meeting new people, understanding how the different departments work, discovering Avril’s culture and receiving advice on how to flourish: you will be supported on a daily basis as you discover and integrate into the company.
